While maintaining a stock appearance this incredibly solid 39 Ford Deluxe Sedan has a few performance and comfort updates.
Open the hood and you will see the major changes including; A crate 350 Chevy motor sporting 3 Deuces. Also for comfort is ice cold A/C that works great! This Chevy has been coupled to the original Ford drive train. Motor and tires have approx. 500 miles on them. Upgraded with a 12 volt system and turn signals. The wheels are a 39 style and bolt pattern but have been re-manufactured to accept 15 inch tires while still utilizing the original 39 hub caps and trim rings. The larger rear tires give the car a 50's racer (bootlegger) style look.
Other upgrades include a better overall gear ratio for highway cruising. The addition of tube shocks, and custom dual exhaust. Dual hinge mirrors, wing tip bumpers, blue dot tailight lenses and a banjo steering wheel are nice 1939 options. The interior is original showing the cars originality. The paint and chrome are excellent.
This car looks and drives great. This car is ready to be driven or taken to a cruise night to enjoy. A true blue chip invesment!
