Custom built by Panther Cars, LTD for "Harrods" world famous department store owner ( Al Fayed). Special selected walnut trim woodwork. Special seats covered in leather with brown piping. Inside door panels lined with custom designed suede. Rear draw window curtains. Nardi leather covered steering wheel and packaged tool kit. Built in pioneer radio and cassette player. Rear seat walnut cocktail tables. Fitted in rear, walnut covered liquor cabinet, including 2 crystal decanters with Harrods logo on top, 4 crystal glasses. Also fitted with rear TV and VCR (not currently active). All interior metals are gold plated. Lambs wool floor mats for front and back. Leather headliner inside and in trunk as well as carpeted. Four new tires. This vehicle was rarely used as it was mostly for show. The mileage is actual miles. The California Resources Board says the vehicle is more than two years old, which has not been brought into conformity with California emissions requirement cannot be registered in California, unless it is certified by the California Air Resources Board.
