1971 Mercedes-Benz 280SE 3.5 Cabriolet (Sold)
This beautiful 1971 Mercedes 280SE 3.5 Cabriolet was recently restored by a very well known and respected restorer to 100 point concours condition. This is truly the best 3.5 Cabriolet we have ever seen. The entire car is perfect. The undercarriage is a work of art. Everything functions as it should and the car drives like brand new. It’s looks and drives as though it just came off the assembly line. The car is finished in silver with black leather interior and a black cloth convertible top and includes all factory options. This car comes out of a prestigious collection of cars. These 3.5 cabriolets were among the finest driving cars of the late sixties and early seventies and were also among the most expensive, with a price of nearly $13,000. The cars are prized by collectors for their drivability, and are often found in most of the finer collections.
