1932 Ford Coupe Silver Bullet 502 Street Rod For Sale
This 1932 Ford Speedstar Coupe is in a class all by itself. Designed and built by Jack Sheppard, with a 24 month build time, Silver Bullet has earned a long list of national awards that speak for themselves: 2006 Shades of the Past Top 25; GoodGuys PPG Nationals Pro Pick; Boyd's Pick 2006; Street Rodder Top Ten Pick; GoodGuys Nationals 2006 NE Winner; 2007 World of Wheels Class Winner at the Detroit Auto-Rama (Ridler show), and; many more. It has been in many magazines,including the November & December, 2006 Street Rod Builder and the 2006 GoodGuys Nationals book. This incredible street rod is a true one-off, with a hand made steel hood, steel front fenders, steel running boards and a steel pinched and stretched nose. Custom modifications include: custom grill; custom taillights; custom license plate retractor; hand made rear panel; hand made billet Boyd front spindles; custom rear fiberglass fenders; custom wrap around dash; smoothed, modified frame, and; hand made steel fan shroud. The paint is glass like and perfect, and shines brilliantly. The heart of this incredible custom is a 502 cubic inch engine, balanced and blue-printed, with a roller cam. The finished product dynoed at 551 HP! The 502 breathes through 3 ceramic coated headers, and when started, an unreal sound is unleashed from the polished exhaust! Mated to the 502 is a Tremec TKO 5 speed manual transmission. Present is a polished Winters Independent quick-change rear end, with a 4.10 gear. The undercarriage of this street rod is a work of art, completely painted, chromed, polished and detailed, with gas coil overs, and a fully independent front & rear suspension set-up. The interior is top notch and completely customized, with red leather seats and door panels, custom carpeting, custom headliner, polished steering column, custom painted dash complete with a full compliment of Auto-Meter white face gauges, and a custom red leather wrapped steering wheel.
