The Forney Museum of Transportation is located in Denver, Colorado and features over 100 great cars. The museum atarted as an automobile museum and that continues to be the primary mission, but they also have on display several great railroad locomotives, including the world?s largest steam locomotive, the "Big Boy". Note that these are not models of replicas, but the real thing.
The car collection covers over seven decades of the transformation of the automobile industry from motorized carriages to high-performance muscle cars with several historically significant vehicles.
