Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum

The Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum is located in Cleveland, Ohio and features over 100 great cars. In addition to the excellent collection of significant cars, they have on display aircaft, motorcycles, bicycles, and other vehicles, ranging from the oldest horseless carriages to modern day race cars.

Special focus is given to automobiles produced in the late 1800s and early 1900s, when Cleveland was the automotive center of the nation.

We at RemarkableCars.com visit many of the major and smaller automobile museums in the US and the Crawford is one of the best. As the list below will show, the variety is terrific and the quality of the vehicles on display is as good as it gets. The Director of the museum is passionate about cars. We were fortunate to spend a little time with him discussing one of their Lincolns and you would have thought he was talking about his grandchildren! (You may have to be a grandparent to understand this level of intensity.)
