Buick introduced the Model F in 1906. When production ended in 1910, a total of 1,200 Buick Model F cars had been built. In 1906, the Model F was entered in a 1,000-mile relay run from Chicago to New York and was the only car to travel the entire distance, earning the nickname "Old Faithful."

This car has a 159 cubic inch, horizontally-opposed twin cyclinder engine that produces 22 horsepower; quite a powerful output for its time. There is a two-speed planetary transmission and two-wheel mechanical brakes. It has a wheelbase of 87 inches.
