1941 Buick 4-Door Sedan Original

1941 Buick 4-Door Sedan Original
39,950.00 USD
1941 BUICK How can you put a price on an all original car that only 2 people have owned and is a true time capsule. A car is original only once, and this car is 100 original except for 1 repaint many years ago because the original paint was rubbed thin from polishing it too much over the years. The engine compartment has been detailed out once. The drive train is in excellent condition and runs out strong, just as it should. Never any rust or damage to the car. It's current paint could use a buffing out, but that is all this car needs besides a new home. The interior is 100 original. This car is so pristine that the first time the brakes were relined was back in 2001. When I was told the interior was original, I was amazed to see how nice this car was when it was new. If you are looking for an original car like this, here is your chance to own a piece of history. The car is much nicer than the pictures. 1941 Buick Roadmaster Convertible Auction Sale Price: $55,000 Barrett-Jackson Car Auction, Scottsdale, AZ, January, 2010, Lot Number: 939.2 Buicks like this 1941 Roadmaster were known for their performance, as well as their quality and luxury appointments. To take advantage of the exceptional breathing of the Buick valve-in-head "Fireball" inline 8 cylinder engine, in 1941 Buick became the first major manufacturer to feature multiple carburetors as a factory-installed option which Buick christened "compound carburetion". This 1941 Roadmaster convertible coupe is one of only 1,845 built, finished in black with red leather upholstery and enclosed with a black cloth top piped in matching red, it features red painted steel wheels with trim rings, skirted rear fenders, a spotlight, radio and even has a power-operated top. With the compound carburetion Fireball engine's power and 3.9:1 rear axle it is a powerful performer that will cruise at today's highway speeds in style and luxury.
