1966 Buick Riviera

1966 Buick Riviera
22,750.00 USD
1966 Buick Riviera 22,750 LotNumber 12.1 Summary 425cid/340hp Nailhead V8 with an automatic transmission. Nicely done Resto-Mod restoration with Crager wheels. Completely restored 1966 Buick Riviera is a quintessential example of 60s high-class living with a flair, sophistication, and understated elegance unique to a Buick. Interestingly, in 1966 more Rivieras were sold (45,348) than in any previous model year. Powered by a 425 cubic-inch "nailhead" V8 with 340hp and 465 lb-ft of torque. This incredible automobile was restored to lofty standards in 2003 and has been driven sparingly since completion. Everything from the engine bay to the interior, voluminous trunk, and undercarriage is finished beyond reproach. It is beautifully displayed in Silver Mist and contrasted by a Black interior - an appropriate combination that is a fitting complement to the graceful design. The artful body is an illustration for proper panel fit and exquisite paint finish. Looking inside one will notice the hand tailored upholstery finished in the highest quality leather, wood trim, and full factory instrumentation. Other features not to be missed include a tilt steering column, power windows, power steering, a power adjust bench seat (with fold-down armrest), and rear window defogger - even an optional chrome tissue dispenser resides neatly beneath the dash. Also included are power brakes, original T-3 headlamps that neatly fold away when not in use, and proper chrome 5-spoke wheels which complete the Buick's characteristic appearance. 1966 BUICK RIVIERA GS

1966 BUICK RIVIERA GS
39,500.00 USD
1966 BUICK RIVIERA GS PRICE: $39,500 1966 Buick Riviera GS ID# 494876H933521 By the mid 60's GM had turned their designers loose. Especially on the top of the line models such as this newly restyled Buick Riviera. Buick's were well known for being "tuned" cars. What that means is that the engineers incorporated performance, styling, ride and handling all into one functional unit. No example of that trend was exemplified better than the Riviera Gran Sport AKA the GS. By far the top of the line and even more expensive than some of Cadillac's models of the day. With a sticker price of $5,940, for a loaded model like the one you see here, mostly the rich or famous drove these fine cars. Considered one of the sexiest cars of the time, they were seen in several movies and television shows in the mid to late 60's. This example has all the super rare options that makes it very collectible. First, it is a GS model. Then consider the awesome legendary Wildcat 360 bhp 425 cubic inch dual quad four barrel set up. To fully round out the option list, ultra rare Bucket seats were ordered. Power windows, power seats, power antenna, power brakes, power steering, power everything!!!! This car is absolutely beautiful and has every option you could want. We believe the 80,000 miles showing on the odometer to be correct and the car is very original. It has been treated to one repaint and looks fantastic! If you are looking for an awesome driving car that adds supreme comfort, ride, and performance that will sit you back in the seat, this is the car for you. Buy now and watch it appreciate.
