462cid/650hp V8 with an automatic transmission and 4-wheel disc brakes. Exceptional custom restoration and a multiple award winner. This one of a kind Cadillac was completely rebuilt from the ground up by Paul Barnes, a machine shop owner in central Illinois. The project started in 1994 and completed 2 years later. Beginning with custom machined wheels with no lug nuts to an all engineered steel tubing frame to transmit the awesome power of the supercharged big block Chevy through a manually shifted Turbo 400 automatic transmission to the narrow 9" Ford rear axle. A gray tweed interior with embroidered Cadillac logos gives that touch of class, digital instrumentation and upgraded sound system makes you feel right at home. Covered in a sea of bright red and mirror chrome, this mammoth beast will earn the respect of any onlooker. This over the top Caddy has been featured in several American and foreign magazines and an award winner at both ISCA and World of Wheels shows. Now, eleven years later it still delivers shock and awe.
