1969 Baldwin Motion Corvette re-creation car. Baldwin Motion was the conglomeration of Joel Rosen's famed NY Long Island speed shop and Baldwin Chevrolet teaming together in the late 60's and early 70's to produce some of the fastest street cars ever made. Production numbers of Baldwin Motion sold vehicles are estimated at a few hundred. This car is a tribute to those cars finished in the same styling and performance. Correct signature "Motion" striping, L88 hood, Motion emblems and decals, LeMans filler cap, Hooker side exhaust, Motion valve covers, vintage Torq Thrust wheels, all the styling and performance you'd expect from a Baldwin Motion car. This '69 Corvette is also an original Monza Red matching numbers 427 equipped with its numbers matching 427 now built to L88 specs at approximately 560+ hp. Rectangular port heads and solid lifter cam, L88 intake and functional air cleaner setup, Barry Grant Holley carb, original M21 transmission with Hurst shifter. 3.90 rear with Billet yokes and Chromalloy half shafts, previous frame-off restoration included all new polyurethane bushings, adjustable Koni shocks, new gas tank, stainless steel brake and fuel lines, frame and suspension components all epoxy coated.
