This is an original 1954 Sportsman Red Corvette Resto Mod, with a complete ground up restoration! Paul Newman Car Creations did the: chassis, engine, transmission, front and rear suspension, stainless steel fuel and brake lines. The original frame was powder coated red and the C4 suspension powder coated bright aluminum. Complete with a 2002 LS1 Corvette Engine and 4L60E Transmission. The Al Knocke upholstery kit and convertible top were installed by B&T Custom Rod and Restoration Paint by B&T Custom Rod and Restoration. Additional features include: the Be Kool radiator and automatic fan, Ceramic Headers, Complete Jet Hot exhaust and muffler, Special wheels, powder coated red, and Special tires for proper fit. The build out took 2 1/2 years from, Fall 2002-Spring 2005. The few original parts that came with the car were used in the build up. This car is original in appearance with late model C4 stability, disc brakes and power steering.
