This 1953 Commemorative Edition is a show car that gives you the best of both worlds. Underneath its cool 1953 retro style body is a virtually unchanged C5 corvette. LS-1 engine, 6 speed manual, Z51 suspension, heads-up display, hidden XM Satellite radio and front/rear radar detectors make the driving experience outstanding. But it is the design of the body in the spirit and feel of the original 1953 corvette that stirs the soul of many. Great design looks easy once it is done, but it is rare and always widely admired. Designer/builder Steve Pasteiner's signature is on this car. Since S/N 006 was first shown in Monterey, CA in August 2002 thousands of photos have been taken of this car, some by corvette enthusiasts, but many by people who simply love the way the car looks.
