This 1964 Sequoia Green 300 convertible is not a "Letter Car" but is still equipped with the performance options. Factory equipment includes the 413 "wedge" V8 backed up with a close-ratio four-speed manual transmission, offered for $227 over the base price of $3,803. Just 2,026 convertibles in the "300" series were produced this year and one can imagine that very few came with this potent power-train. This car is performance ready, equipped with power steering but devoid of power brakes. It also features the Golden Tone radio, heater, and defroster. This is a fairly well maintained original car that could be given a deep detailing and be ready for participation in preservation class judging or to be simply enjoyed as it should be.
