When it came to luxury, few cars could compare with the Le Baron from Imperial. Featuring a list of standard equipment, many items not even available on lesser cars, this was the most expensive model in the entire Chrysler line-up for 1973. With a base price of $6,997, it was popular with 14,166 examples produced this season. Presented here is one of these beautiful hardtop sedans, showing just over 51,200 miles, its interior leathers are smooth and supple showing little or no wear. The instrument cluster and simulated wood graining is clean and reportedly all of the accessories are in working condition. There has been a modern FM radio and tape player professionally installed in the dash, but it takes nothing away from the original appointments and fine craftsmanship. Finished in its original True Blue metallic color, it also features a navy blue vinyl roof. While the exterior finish could use a detailing, the body appears to be solid and all doors open and close with ease. From its hide-away headlights to the distinctive taillights this car is Imperial all the way through.
