Conceived in 1968 by Mattel Hot Wheels® designer Ira Gilford, The Twin Mill® was the first Mattel-designed Hot Wheels® car. It twin big-block engines became its most recognizable feature. This full-sized Twin Mill® was commissioned for the 30th anniversary of Hot Wheels® cars in 1998. General Motors Performance Products supplied the twin Chevrolet motors. This fully operational car produces upwards of 1400 horsepower.
