1922 Dodge Brothers Custom Victoria owned by General Douglas MacArthur

The Custom Victoria body on the Dodge mimics a classic horsedrawn carriage style, It was very old-fashioned, even in 1922. The automobile was built for Mrs. Douglas MacArthur when the MacArthurs were stationed in the Philippines between the two world wars. The open carriage style was practical for the tropical climate and the elegant appearance was highly suitable for the wife of an American envoy.
