One of the most aggressive front-end designs ever put on an American car was the 1959 Dodge. As station wagons continued to gain favor with new-car buyers, this year found all Dodge Sierra models placed into their own series. This very solid wagon is fitted with power steering, the "Music Master" push-button radio, heater and defroster as well as power-operated tailgate glass. Additionally, this wagon appears to have been given a repaint in its factory colors of Pearl White and Ruby Red, and the original interior is in very good condition with colorful blends of vinyl trim and nylon weave inserts. All chrome and bright trim is intact and in very presentable condition though there are areas of minor pitting and a slight patina of age. While the odometer currently shows under 30,300 miles, we are not able to confirm accuracy ay this time. The care given to preserve this wagon appears to be far superior to how most of vintage wagons were treated.
