Considered one of the sharpest looking automotive designs ever, the 1966 Coronet was all new this season, completely restyled but holding several styling cues to the Dodge family. Somewhat conservative use of sculpted sheet metal was adorned with a minimum of bright body side trim, featuring a front grille that demanded respect. Under the hood a varied array of power-trains made sure everything from economy to performance was available. Advertising of the day encouraged buyers to "Kick dull driving habits; step out in lively Coronet 500," and we think that upon your inspection of this dark red beauty, you will probably agree; this car is excitement. Our brief inspection showed up a solid looking car that has wear and tear to match the 65,100 miles shown on the odometer. Fitted with color-keyed vinyl bucket seats, center console and power operated white top, it is also equipped with power steering as well as AM radio and heater-defroster.
