This car is the first Ford Mustang built. It was the first Mustang off of the Dearborn assembley line on April 9, 1964 and has the Serial Number 1 on its ID plate.

The Mustang was well equipped with the 260-cid, 164-hp V-8 engine and load with options. It carried a window sticker price of $3,334.
