1929 Lincoln Model L 4-Door Limousine Description

This unique Lincoln was ordered by a Mrs. Stein of Greenwich, Connecticut, and teatures custom coachwork by the Willoughby Body Company of Utica, New York. She refused delivery of the car because she didn't like the restyled 1929 Lincoln fenders. The car was returned to Willoughby and outfitted with 1928 fenders and radiator shell. Mrs. Stein also had the side-mount spare tire installed on the rear of the car for added protection from a rear-end collision. The car is also fitted with wood cabinets behind the front seat rather than the usual jump seats and features early tinted windows and a rooftop liggage rack for use during trips.

This limousine is in original, unrestored condition.
