This Shelby GT 350 was part of a package of ten Shelby Mustangs purchased by a group of gentlemen in Peru who were interested in Shelbys and racing in the 1960s. Also included in the ten was serial number R211, one of the 34 competion models built by Shelby.
At some point R211 was wrecked and its engine placed in this car, S208. This car was completely restored in 2004 plus a rebuild to R Model specs in 2006.
