Description:
|
1967 Cadillac Series 75 Fleetwood Limousine
This was the personal car of Winthrop Rockefeller at the time of his death on February 22, 1973. Driven only by himself, this car was kept at his home on Petit Jaen Mountain near Morrilton, Arkansas. The bull mounted on the hood is a symbol of the Santa Gertrudis breed of cattle for which his Winrock Farm is famous. Made of solid silver, the bull was agift from his wife, Jeanette. The maroon paint is the traditional family color that dates back to his grandfather, John D. Rockefeller, Sr.
