1934 Auburn V-12 Salon Speedster
This beautiful boattail speedster was part of a matched pair of "His and Hers" Auburns purchased in 1934. "Hers" was this speedster, "His" was a Salon Phaeton (also at the Gilmore Museum and featured here at remarkableCars.com). This car is one of only 16 Salon Speedsters produced for 1934. It features a Lycoming V-12 engine, a two-speed rear end, a Bijur automatic chassis lubricating system, and a driver-adjustable brake booster.
