Chrysler Citadel Concept Car
The intriguing Chrysler Citadel concept vehicle was originally code-named "Shooting Brake" for its resemblance to sporty British coupes of the 1960s and 1970s from Jaguar and Aston-Martin. With an added dose of pure Chrysler inspiration, the Citadel became a true "hybrid-hybrid" - a new breed of crossover vehicle in a category all by itself. Blending in ample cargo room and a futuristic powertrain, Citadel is the unique pairing of a British sports coupe with the brawn and flexibility of the America sport utility.
Powertrain: Hybrid layout, North/South longitudinal front gasoline engine driving rear wheels, East/West transverse front electric motor driving front wheels, 3.5 liter SOHC, 24-valve, V6, 253-hp gasoline engine with aluminum block and heads.
