1929 Lincoln Model L 4-Door Limousine
This unique vehicle was ordered by a Mrs. Stien of Greenwich, Connecticut and features custom coachwork by the Willoughby Body Company of Utica, NY. She refused delivery of the car because she didn't like the restyled 1929 Lincoln fenders. At her request, the car was returned to Willoughby and outfitted with 1928 fenders and radiator shell. She also had the side mount spare tire installed on the rear of the car for added protection from a rear-end collision. This car is fitted with wood cabinets behind the front seat, rather than the typical jump seats, and features early tinted windows and a rooftop luggage rack for use during long trips. This Lincoln limousine is in original, unrestored condition.
