1950 Lincoln Presidential Limousine photographed by Remarkable Cars at The Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, Michigan in June, 2005.
After World War II, in a period of national prosperity, this limousine carried a war hero turned president, Dwight D. Eisenhower, aver miles and miles of smooth, newly laid highway. The bubble top was added to the car in 1954 to make the president visible to his constituents in all kinds of weather.
