This 1936 Auburn roadster runs and looks great. The folding top upholstry work was completed by Ken Nemanic of Walnut Creek, CA in September 2005. The massive Lycoming 8-cylinder Inline engine displaces 279cid and produced 150hp with the Schwitzer-Cummings supercharger. The transmission is a 3-speed manual type, with a dual ratio differential. The 1936 Auburn 852 was the final car produced by Auburn, having announced but never produced any vehicles for 1937.
