1937 Ford Slant Back two door all steel street rod. Complete frame-off build. Siting on a TCI powder coated chassis Mustang II power rack. 4-wheel disc brakes, 9" rear end with positraction 3:55 gears. Don's full chrome grill with Don's smooth bumpers. Bob Drake Halogen headlights. Shaved door handles and popers. Kenny Poly fuel tank with pump in tank. Engine is a LT1 mated up to 4L60E with attention to detail throughout. Painted in PPG Jaguar Maroon Pearl Red with the interior in the colors of Burgundy/Sterling, all leather made by Garrett leather company. Front bucket seats, reworked dash with classic quad gauges, vintage air, Flaming River tilt column with cruise control, and all new glass with power windows. Pioneer sound system 300 watts of power, DVD, and XM radio. This 1937 Ford Slant back is riding on Budnik Fontana wheels 17x7 front and 18x9 rear. Tires are Pirelli's with 215/45/R17 front and 255/50/18 in rear. Over $100,000 invested. This is a nice car to drive finished in April of 2004. Several best of show wins in 2005.
