The bonspeed Banshee debuted in Ford's booth on the center turntable to showcase the combination of the new F-150 and the just announced Ford GT! Virtually every part of this truck has been modified after being entirely disassembled. A one-off front and rear bumper, hand-laid carbon-fiber wing, hand-sculpted brake cooling ducts in the rear fenders and metal formed removable inner bed sides. The frame was engineered to accommodate 4-wheel independent suspension and specially developed Koni coil-overs. The huge 6-piston BAER brakes are wrapped by custom 20" bonspeed wheels. Power comes from a supercharged 32-valve GT type motor directly from Roush and Tremac 6-speed transmission. Painted a custom mix black currant it also has a specially formulated "New Penny" powder coat on the wheels and various other parts. The interior is hand stitched with over 300 square feet of specially dyed leather that cover the Recaro seats, dash doors and headliner. An audio/visual system was installed that is valued at over $35,000. Too many modifications to mention on this one-of-a-kind concept truck that has appeared in magazines and toured the show circuit for Ford Motor Company. Van Halen member and bonspeed partner Michael Anthony will award an autographed bass guitar to the winning bidder. The bass was designed by bonspeed to match the "Banshee F-150" Ford Super Truck and will be autographed on-stage to the winning bidder!
