Description: 1994 Chevy Suburban Monster Garage
$8,000 2008 Barrett-Jackson Auction Scottsdale AZ
Jesse James and his Monster Garage crew took a standard Chevrolet Suburban and transformed it into the baddest, most tricked-out wedding-chapel-on-wheels the world has ever known. After gutting the vehicle, the team replaced the front passenger seat with two bottles of compressed nitrogen and converted the remaining passenger and cargo space into a wedding arch and air calliope. The bulk of the roof was removed and replaced with a hinged Maltese Cross stained-glass arch. Jaqlyn Flory, the Queen Mary's organist for the last 30 years had the pleasure of playing the first notes on the Monster wedding chapel calliope. They were loud, harsh and horribly out of tune. But they made the sweetest sound this team had ever heard.
