"Cyapony", a 1994 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 convertible, is one of the most completely modified 4th generation Camaro in existence. The exterior has been completely repainted DuPont Pontiac color Position Teal with custom flame paint job. Suicide doors are completely functional as if factory. The whole body has been shaved including door handles, antenna, emblems, gas tank door, bumper, markers and rear body panel. Wings West ground effects have been added as well. A SS hood as well as a sport wing round out the exterior. The interior has been completely revamped with new custom matching teal carpet and Trans Am seats appointed in leather and suede. All interior plastics have been fiberglassed, shaved and painted with flames. The interior included all metal parts plated in chrome as well as a custom roll bar and flamed tinted windows, again matching the exterior. The engine is an LT1 350 with a Vortech Super-charger, custom grind Compcams camshaft, Edelbrock headers, MSD ignition, Crane gold roller rockers, full Borla exhaust, SVO 24 lb. Fuel Injectors, BeCool custom radiator and computer re-programming. Estimated horsepower is around 500. The transmission is custom built by Bowtie Overdrives and a Currie 9" rear end handles the power to the ground. Brakes are made by Baer at all four corners. The stereo includes a Pioneer 7" DVD, three Extant 10" woofers in a custom painted and flamed fiberglass enclosure, a 14" monitor and two 5" monitors in the trunk, as well as two 4" monitors in the visors. Six surrounding speakers bring in the highs and mids. The stereo is powered by 1000watt Extant amp. The car rides on a 4-wheel Air Ride system by MIC and 22" Lexani Onyx wheels. The entire car has been plated. It is believed that nothing is left to chrome plate, coa, or paint. It features a painted and clear coated body undercarriage. Everything underneath the car is chrome or polished. This includes rear end, fuel lines, transmission, driveshaft, k-member, all brackets, etc. The same goes for the engine compartment. Nothing was left plain steel or aluminum. "Cyapony" has won numerous national awards and has been in several magazines and online magazines. Some of the awards include Super Chevy Show in Fontana in 2007. At last count, it had won over 200 trophies over the last 10 years. It is fully drivable, insurable, (currently with Grundy worldwide), and has had only the best of everything from day one.
