Incredible 1969 Chevrolet RS/SS re-creation Camaro convertible Pro-Touring car. Painted in a beautiful base coat/clear coat of Butternut Yellow paint with a black hockey stripe. New GM rear quarters, GM front fenders, GM inner fenders, GM trunk lid and GM cowl panel. This Camaro has an SS hood, new Ralley sport headlight assembly with upgraded electric doors, new chrome front and rear bumpers, front and rear spoilers, new stainless trim around and on top of windshield, new door handles, mirrors, windshield and all new weather stripping. The black convertible top is power. 20" Budnik wheels with performance rubber are on rear while 18" Budnik wheels with performance rubber up front. Interior is black houndstooth with standard door panels. Custom Covan dash fitted with a complete set of Phantom gauges. This Camaro has a power top, AM/FM sound system, center console, power disc brakes and power steering with a polished billet and black leather steering wheel. Under the hood is a 1969 date coded 396 engine equipped with a mild cam, polished Edelbrock intake, HEI billet dist., jet coated headers, 800 Holley carb, March serpentine pulley and bracket system, Taylor wires and a set of GM valve covers. This engine runs and looks awesome. The transmission is a Turbo 400 automatic and the rear is a 10-bolt unit. All new stainless steel brake lines have been run along with new drums, linings, rotors, pads, booster, master cylinder, bearings and seals. A new gas tank and sending unit have also been installed. Front Hotchkins 2" lowering springs with a 1" sway bar have been added along with 2" lowered rear leaf springs. Bilstein front and rear shocks are also new. Quick ratio steering box is new with new rag joint and Moog tie rod ends.
