1969 Jaguar XKE Coupe

This 1969 Jaguar XKE Coupe was totally restored from a very original car. New floors and sills installed along with a new bonnet. The car was stripped to base metal and refinished in Glasurit Burgundy gold pearl base coat/clear coat finish. The original bumpers had been re-chromed along with new trim and windshield. The engine was totally rebuilt with new pistons, valves, bearings, chains, etc. There was a modern Fuel Injection by Weber Red Line installed allowing to discard the troublesome carburetors and choke. It starts and runs as a modern car with enhanced drivability and better fuel mileage. New clutch installed on the rebuilt transmission, Totally rebuilt rear suspension. All the brakes were rebuilt on the car along with new steel lines, hoses, calipers, rotors and pads. Interior was then totally restored in a supple parchment color. New wire wheels, tires and wheel bearings installed. New stainless steel exhaust system by Bell, heavy duty radiator, new fans and new wiring. This is a totally restored car by CATZ Auto Restoration.
