In 1963, the first year of the convertible, an upscale sporty version of the compact Futura was offered. With new thin-wall casting and an upgraded V8 engine, this vehicle was a great car to drive. Cosmetic and mechanical restoration by the previous owner. This vehicle has a good solid body. Restoration included new paint, new interior, new top, new tires, a newly rebuilt brake system, new tie rod ends, inner and outer ratios arm bushing in front, bump stops, pinion seal in differential, rebuilt carburetor, a major tune up, serviced transmission and new stainless steel exhaust system. Equipped with a 260 Challenger V8 engine. This classic automobile was part of a private classic car collection and would make a great vehicle to own, show and drive.
