1969 Ford Mustang Mach I Fastback

This Mach I was built in January 1969 at Ford's Metuchen New Jersey facility and sold thru Stamford Motors in Connecticut July 1969. This car is documented both thru Marti Auto Works and Ford as an original Candy Apple Red car, 428-4V Cobra Jet Ram Air, 4 speed Toploader transmission with a 3:25 Traction Lock rear axle. Additional options ordered included F70x14 tires with raised white letters, power front disc brakes, power steering and an AM radio. With this particular paint and option scheme this was 1 of 13 manufactured that year.
Restoration of this low mileage (46,000 miles) car was done in Phoenix Arizona in 1999/2000 and has been trailered to MCA events since then throughout the Southwest. Restoration is well illustrated and documented with plenty of paperwork and receipts for the next owner to record its history. The car itself is very drivable with everything in working condition.
