This beautiful Impala was frame on restored and was then displayed in a museum for 17 years until it was returned to the road in 2005. Since then, it has had extensive mechanical work and upgrades to make it a reliable, enjoyable driver. It has the original 348, 4-barrel, Powerglide automatic transmission, power steering, power top, and upgraded power disc brakes. A high end stereo has been installed consisting of Alpine AM/FM/CD/Ipod controller in the glove box with infrared remote control, custom built under dash speaker enclosures with Boston Acoustic speakers, upgraded speakers in factory locations, subwoofer enclosure and amplifier in the trunk. The combination of the power accessories and excellent sound system makes this car a joy to drive.
