This car is a 1965 Pontiac GTO convertible 389 / automatic. The car has had a full restoration and is all numbers matching. The Pontiac Historical Documentation lists the car as coming with the following options Gran Turismo Omologato, 389 engine, dual exhaust, automatic transmission, sport suspension, AM push button radio, drivers side remote mirror, power top, power brakes, power steering, tinted glass, bucket seats with center console, retractable seat belts. Options added to the car include: tri-power carburetion, power antenna, console mounted vacuum gauge, ach and gauges. The car has won the following awards: best restored re-stored award from the GTO Association of America, 3 - I St place awards form the Antique Auto Club of America, and a 1st place award from the Pontiac Oakland Club of America.
