This is a true Super-Sport from the factory that has undergone a recent one-year frame off restoration. This car was completely dismantled and meticulously restored like new. The frame was media blasted then powder coated for that new factory look. All suspension components have been replaced new. A new gas tank has been installed. One look at the underside of this car and you will be convinced it's sitting on the show-room floor. Bucket seats and a console automatic complete the interior. A freshly rebuilt and correct date-coded 396 was matched to an equally fresh turbo 400 automatic transmission. The rear end has been rebuilt with new axles, brakes and a 342 posi-traction unit. Flowmaster mufflers with factory style Super Sport chrome exhaust tips were installed for that all familiar grumble from the tail pipes. This Chevelle sits on four restored Super Sport wheels and brand new 245/60/14 BF Goodrich tires.
