A museum quality survivor! This truck has 57,874 actual miles. It is a 1/2 ton, custom cab with deluxe chrome package, short bed, fleetside, 6 cylinder high torque 230 original engine, 3 speed, with factory original white exterior paint. Interior is mint original, including seat cover, paint, and floor mat. Has factory original spare tire and bed wood. Numbers matching vehicle. Drives, runs, and shows like new. Unmolested, garage stored, gently driven, meticulously maintained, rust free, originally from Texas. Near perfect original product condition, no restorations necessary. Original owner Dean Jesters, a retired gentleman, purchased this truck new in west Texas and used it mainly for his weekly trip to the coffee shop to catch the local gossip: no hauling work for this truck! This model 1963 Chevrolet pickup is an excellent specimen of Chevrolet's transition period in body style as well as mechanical innovations. Very few vehicles, especially pickup trucks, are to be found in original factory condition that are genuine survivors, and even less exist that are in as excellent condition as this one.
