This beautiful completely up-graded and restored Malibu station wagon tastefully blends old school 60's styling with modern 21st century state-of-the-art technology and dependability! 1960's Station wagons are hot! Chevelle Malibu Wagons are not only the class of the field but very rare and quickly becoming more collectable and highly desirable.
This particular '68 is finished in beautiful black on black paint and brand new custom interior. Power is provided by a Ram-Jet Fuel Injected 350/ 350 HP Chevrolet Crate engine coupled with a 350 Turbo Automatic Transmission. It is very fast! The cooling is provided via an aluminum radiator with two electric fans. Only 2500 miles have been recorded since the engine and transmission were installed. The 350 transmission leads to a 12-bolt 3.73 "POST" rear end. Look underneath and see the custom "ladder-bar" suspension. A brand new fuel tank delivers gas via an MSD electric fuel pump. The car is slightly lowered, front and rear and sits on brand new BF Goodrich radials on American Racing Polished Torque Thrust II wheels. (15"x7" front and 15"x8" rear) All chrome and aluminum trim either replaced or re-plated to "show" quality. Great cruiser, beautiful smooth lines and styling. 2006 AUTO-RAMA WINNER!
