Description:
|
1930 Duesenberg Murphy Dual-Cowl
Duesenberg can well be siad to be America's "foremost automobile". This Model J, Double-Cowl Murphy Bodu auto, built in Indianapolis, IN, was and is today, "King of America Classics." Factory records indicate that only two of these cars were ever made and this is the only one remaining; its twin was destroyed in a fire.
This car served as the model for Franklin Mint's limited edition, silver miniature.
This car may well be the finest classic car in America today. It has the distinction of having won First Prize from the Classic Car Club of America and is a National First Prize winner for thr Antique Automobile Club of America.
